Our platform uses session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to monitor lobby performance. You can manage cookie preferences from your browser settings; disabling analytics cookies does not affect your ability to deposit or play.

Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately via live chat. We will freeze your account within minutes of a verified security report to prevent further activity.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction records tied to UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe deposits and withdrawals are kept for a minimum period required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. After that period, identifiable data is deleted or anonymised unless a dispute is open.

Right to Request Changes

You may request a correction to any personal data we hold by submitting a written request to our support email. We aim to action corrections within five business days and will confirm completion in writing via your registered email address.

Clause Interpretation Contact

If you disagree with how we have applied a clause of these terms to your account, email our compliance team with your account ID and the clause reference. We will issue a written ruling within three business days, which you can escalate if needed.

These terms come into effect the moment you complete account registration and make your first deposit via UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, or Google Pay. By transacting, you confirm you have read and accepted every clause as it stands at that time.

We send an in-account notification and an email to your registered address at least seven days before any material change takes effect. Minor formatting corrections that do not alter your rights are updated without a separate notice.

Yes. If a terms update is not acceptable to you, contact support before the effective date and we will close your account and process any remaining wallet balance to your registered UPI or Paytm account without a closure fee.

Eligibility depends on local law in your region. These terms apply where access is permitted under applicable Indian law. It is your responsibility to confirm that operating an account is lawful in the state or territory where you reside before depositing.
